Mr. Praveen Bhatia B.Com; FCA
Mr. Praveen Bhatia is a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Bhatia had also participated in the Program on Computer Aided Financial Decision Making" organized by The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He has received merit scholarship from UP State and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He pursued his Chartered Accountancy, as an article trainee with M/s. R.K. Khanna & Co., Chartered Accountants (Representatives of Doughlas F. Richards Kidsons International with offices and associates firm in principal areas of the world). He is having more than 10 years of experience in issue management, Merger, Amalgamation, Foreign Collaboration, Project Consultation, Loan Syndication, Audit & Taxation, and Investment Advisory Services. He has traveled extensively to many countries of Asia, Europe and to USA. He is having wide NRI and Foreign contacts. He has worked with S.B. Billimoria Co. (Correspondents – ERNST. & WHINNEY, KLYNVELD MAIN GOERDELER), as consultant in the audit department and with Flex Industries Ltd. as a Finance Manager. In 1990 he established his own consultancy services outfit as Bhatia Praveen & Co. and subsequently in 1994 it obtained the status of Category IV Merchant Banker.

Mr. Vinod Ralhan B.Com; FCA
Mr. Vinod Ralhan is an Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1990, he joined M/s. Bhatia Praveen & Co. He is having experience of around 10 years in the field of management consultancy, Management audit, Operational audit, Efficiency audit, and Direct and Indirect taxation, Capital/Revenue Budget. He has wide experience in Issue management, Merchant banking, project Consultancy, Loan Syndication and Investment Advisory Services. He has expertise knowledge in Financial Management Planning and financial policy determination, Capital structure planning and raising finance, working capital Management, Preparation of project reports and feasibility studies, Pre and Post Issue Management.

Mr. Arvind Narang
Executive Director B.E (Mech) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and technology MBA (Finance) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and has expertise knowledge in planning e.g. Production and Stock planning. Besides he is instrumental in formulating marketing strategies for different companies in Cosmetic packaging industry. He has Six years experience of working at senior level with manufacturing companies like Thermax Ltd., Bajaj Tempo Ltd. and Acme Locks Ltd. Presently working as Director with Jaswant International Ltd.

Mr. Anil Lakhani
Mr. Anil Lakhani ,having an experience of more than 15 years in the areas of business administration and is primarily engaged in negotiations and liasoning with the Outside environment.
He experience is an asset to the company for interacting with external environment which is a very vital requirement for successful business ventures.
